L Star was formed to take advantage of opportunities to acquire distressed residential and commercial assets located primarily in the Carolinas, as well as the entire Eastern Seaboard. Over the past 24 months, L Star has closed over 10,000 residential units across the Carolinas.
L Star is comprised of 9 real estate executives with 200 years of experience, collectively, in residential and commercial development. Expertise includes asset management, site selection, land development, finance/accounting, market analysis, sales, marketing, as well as in-house legal and engineering. Moreover, many of L Star's team members were employed with major national and regional homebuilders, thus providing in-depth relationships and a unique understanding of their acquisition criteria. In fact, nine homebuilders are represented.
