L Star Management Completes Asset Stabilization at Albemarle Plantation.
RALEIGH, NC – L Star Management LLC announces the successful completion of its responsibilities as interim manager following the purchase of Albemarle Plantation. After the purchase, L Star was responsible for stabilization of the real estate and amenity assets at Albemarle Plantation. During its tenure, several new amenities were added and existing amenities were improved. The largest of these was construction of a new casual restaurant called Dockside featuring wood-fired pizza. Dockside has now become a focal point for residents and a key attraction for prospective new residents.
L Star also launched an innovative and successful sales and marketing campaign that leveraged the name recognition Albemarle Plantation already enjoyed, as well as mining the large prospect database created during several years of marketing.
Albemarle Plantation is a gated, residential golf and boating community located in Hertford, NC, just minutes from historic Edenton. The community boasts a waterfront golf course and clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, pool, scenic walking trails and a 166-slip marina that is one of the largest private marinas between Norfolk, VA and Charleston, SC.
