L Star hires Adam Ashbaugh as Vice President of Entitlements and Engineering.
RALEIGH, NC — Adam Ashbaugh, a LEED accredited, Professional Engineer and Certified Planner has joined L Star Management LLC as a Vice President. He will take on numerous responsibilities in land development, planning and project management. With more than 30 years experience in all aspects of planning, engineering, surveying and construction management, Adam has directed and managed residential projects totaling more than 15,000 units in North Carolina, Florida and California.

During his career Adam has managed development companies, builders, design consultants, agency review staff and construction contractors. His largest project was Julington Creek Plantation, in St. Johns County, FL, a 4,150-acre mixed-use Development of Regional Impact (DRI) master planned community where he personally managed the development of over 5,000 single-family residences, 1,200 multi-family residences and 390,000 square feet of commercial and office uses.
