Dedicated to the principles of value investing, L Star combines cross-functional disciplines with conservative underwriting strategies including risk mitigation, while preserving cash and identifying advantageous exit strategies.

The management team is comprised of real estate professionals with 200 years of combined real estate experience. The L Star team includes financial analysts, PEs, land planners, an environmental and zoning attorney, marketing and sales executives, and horizontal and vertical construction experts. Collectively, nine national home and apartment builders are represented.

With this breadth of experience and expertise, L Star creates additional value by identifying zoning opportunities, market demand segmentation, development cost savings and by leveraging existing builder relationships.

Extensive relationships with national, regional and local banks allow L Star to identify and value real estate assets and then begin purchase negotiations prior to an asset being released to the market. The result is significant return opportunities for our investors while simultaneously addressing the immediate capital concerns of lenders and distressed owners.
